At Auren Personas we work from the Recruitment & Executive Search division and we are dedicated to providing specialized Human Resources consulting services.
We are currently collaborating with a leading HVAC industry company based in Madrid., which is looking to add a RS Sales to its team.
About the Role:
- Management and follow-up of after-sales projects from the creation of the offer to invoicing and delivery to the customer.
- Manage the commercial activities of the Rail Services department.
- Reception and management of customer orders, demands, and needs.
- Preparation of commercial offers for Rail Services products or services.
- Management and follow-up of product and service orders until their delivery.
- Advise the customer regarding maintenance guidelines for trains or equipment, preparing the necessary documentation for their execution.
- Collaborate with the customer in defining new technical solutions and their implementation.
- Support to the Rail Services engineering department.
- Planning field visits for problem analysis in collaboration with the quality department.
- Coordinate with the Rail Services engineering department for the definition of the list of materials and recommended spare parts, for the updating of technical documentation, material status, and creation of REDs.
- Participate in obsolescence management.
- Monitor claims and delayed materials.
- Collaborate with other departments for optimal customer management: logistics, production, finance, field services, and repair services.
- Prepare reports to headquarters.
Requirements:
- Academic or professional education in industrial engineering or similar.
- +3 years experience in working with industrial/production environment and processes.
- Experience in designing with 2D/3D CAD software.
- Experience in Lean manufacturing methods and Continuous Improvements.
- Know-how about production processes and equipment (lay-outs, tools, material flow, etc).
- Knowledge in SAP (production module).
- Knowledge in Quality tools (FMEA, POKA-YOKE, etc).
