Programme Manager – Industrial
About the Role
We are seeking a strategic and delivery-focused Programme Manager to lead a portfolio of complex projects that drive the development and commercialisation of industrial or construction-related products. This is a hands-on, leadership role requiring cross-functional coordination across engineering, manufacturing, commercial, and regulatory teams—primarily operating across Spain, the UK, and wider Europe.
You will take accountability for aligning programme outcomes with business strategy, managing project interdependencies, overseeing resources, and ensuring delivery on scope, time, and budget. The ideal candidate will bring significant experience in industrial or capital equipment environments and a track record of cross-border programme leadership.
Key Responsibilities
• Own and drive the successful delivery of end-to-end programmes involving multiple interlinked projects and teams.
• Ensure programmes deliver on intended commercial and operational outcomes, including product readiness and market entry.
• Develop integrated delivery roadmaps, managing interdependencies, resources, risks, and stakeholder communications.
• Serve as the central point of coordination across UK, European, and local Spanish teams and vendors.
• Establish governance structures and reporting processes to ensure visibility, accountability, and compliance.
• Provide leadership to project managers and workstream leads, coaching and aligning them to programme objectives.
• Ensure regulatory, technical, and commercial readiness for go-to-market or operational deployment.
• Interface regularly with senior leadership, communicating programme status, risks, and strategic decisions.
Ideal Candidate Profile
• 10+ years of experience in project/program management within industrial, construction, or capital equipment sectors.
• Proven ability to deliver complex, cross-border programmes with physical product components.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written); Spanish a plus.
• Based in the Madrid area or able to travel regularly if remote.
• Strong track record in managing cross-functional teams and external partners across Europe.
• Familiarity with EU and UK compliance, regulatory, and commercialisation frameworks.
• PMP, MSP, or equivalent programme management certification preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
