We are the Selection & Executive Search division of AUREN Personas, a unit that offers specialized Human Resources consulting services.
Currently, we are collaborating with HalfPrice, a retail chain belonging to the CCC Group. It is an off-price retail concept that offers a wide range of products from well-known brands at very attractive prices, including clothing, footwear, cosmetics, toys, as well as home furnishings and accessories.
Development is HalfPrice's top priority, which is why they launched this ambitious project full of passion. The first 5 stores opened in May 2021, and today there are already more than 130. They are present in Poland, Austria, the Czech Republic, Slovenia, Slovakia, Croatia, Romania, Hungary, Ukraine, Latvia, Lithuania, and have now also expanded to Italy and Spain.

We are currently looking for a Country Sales Manager for Spain.
About the Role:
We are looking for a bold, results-driven Country Sales Manager to lead the commercial success of Half Price in Spain.
This position will be fully accountable for the sales performance, expansion, operational excellence, and team leadership across all retail operations in market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the market: Lead all retail operations in your country, driving revenue growth, market expansion, and operational excellence.
- Deliver results: Set and exceed aggressive sales and profitability targets across the retail network.
- Lead with impact: Inspire and develop high-performing regional and store teams to deliver a customer-first culture.
- Scale the brand: Identify and lead market expansion opportunities, including new store openings, local partnerships, and location strategies.
- Strategize and execute: Translate the regional and global strategy into actionable local business plans with full accountability for outcomes.
- Analyze and optimize: Leverage performance data and market insights to continuously improve business performance and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate cross-functionally: Partner with Marketing, VM, HR, Logistics, Finance, and HQ teams to ensure brand consistency and operational synergy.
- Champion the customer: Ensure every customer touchpoint delivers on our brand promise of quality, value, and discovery.
What You Bring:
- A proven track record (5+ years) in country- or region-level retail leadership, ideally in fashion, lifestyle, or fast-paced consumer sectors.
- Deep knowledge of the local retail landscape, customer behavior, and operational best practices.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to energize large, dispersed teams.
- Strong commercial acumen with a laser focus on P&L performance, KPIs, and business outcomes.
- Experience in market expansion and store network development is a strong asset.
- Agile, strategic thinker with the ability to balance execution with long-term vision.
- Fluent in English.
