Our client, an international Software radio company specialized in high-performance software for wireless systems, is in full expansion. They seek to incorporate a Junior Sales Associate in their office in Barcelona.

Your main tasks include:

• Collaborate closely with leadership to understand products and sales strategy.
• Build strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Support the sales process from prospecting to closing deals.
• Assist with customer inquiries and provide product insights.
• Learn and develop sales techniques with guidance from experienced mentors.

We are looking for someone who has...

• Passion for technology and ability to grasp technical concepts quickly.
• 2-4 year experience in sales or customer-facing roles.
• Proactive and motivated attitude.
• Strong willingness to learn and grow in the sales field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Candidates must be authorized to work within the EU and fluent in English.
