HR SPECIALIST (Retail)
International retail distribution group, currently in expansion phase, is looking for a HR Advisor for Spain.
Main Responsabilities:
- Direct recruitment, development and management of people employed in administration and payroll
- Manage payroll department by providing relevant employee information (e.g. leaves of absence, sick days and work schedules)
- Participate in the preparation and implementation of new work regulations for both the sales network and the administration
- Participate in creating remuneration and new bonus regulations
- Implementing new procedures in the field of labor law and regulations
- Provide all training in the field of labor law
- Organize and maintain personnel records, maintaining payroll documentation, storing employment contracts and other documents
- Update internal databases (e.g. record sick or maternity leave)
- Prepare HR documents, like employment contracts and new hire guides
- Searching for and implementing new HR tools and solutions
- Assist payroll department by providing relevant employee information (e.g. leaves of absence, sick days and work schedules
- Coordinate with payroll team in the preparation of monthly payment, bonus payment
- Create regular reports and presentations on HR metrics (e.g. turnover rates, yearly reports, sick leave, holidays)
- Cooperation with external partners, like insurance vendors, payroll vendors, and ensure legal compliance
- Support for departments with all documentation related to the new hiring
- Support for all department with all documentation related to the contracts termination
- Support for department: finance, marketing, expansion, investment, e-com, administration with the recruitment process
- Support for department managers in solving personnel problems
- Building a positive employer image among office employees
- Building positive interpersonal relationships among office workers
- Monitor compensation, benefits and ensure internal equity & compliance and benefits are met
- Initiate, coordinate, and enforce systems, policies, and procedures
- Provide GDPCR policies
Requirements:
- Experience of at least 4 years performing functions in the retail sector
- Training in Law, Labor Relations, or Similar Fields
- C1 level of English
